    Clix was a manufacturer of specialty paper punches. The role of EVP & GM was to oversee the return to profitability of this financially troubled company. We worked closely with the commercial lender as well as unsecured creditors enabling all parties to realize full satisfaction on their investment.

    January 1989 - June 1993

    Tracon was an adhesive manufacturing company run by the same closely held group for decades. They needed to professionalize and systemize their finance function. Successful completion of this project enabled a NASDQ company and competing internal management teams to perform due dilligence and the company was successfully sold.
