    Detailed Experience Summary:

Self Employment and Business Coaching at The Entrepreuneur Source
    September 2006 - Present

I recognized the fact that 70 percent of the population has a strong desire to be self-sufficient, but only a small number actually find a way to make it happen. Too many people give up on their dreams too soon, when education and guidance could show them the way to success. I am committed to my Clients’ success. “The Entrepreneur’s Source is ranked among the top consulting franchises in the country.” -Entrepreneur Magazine Our Performance and consultants have extensive experience in all aspects of franchise and business success. We’re totally objective. When we say, “Your success is our only business,” we mean it. We use a time-tested process to help generate success for our clients. That process includes: Interviews and assessments that help us understand your goals, needs and expectations, so we can find options best suited for your success. Education, to understand the nuts and bolts of franchises and other business options. Guidance, answering the many questions people have about alternative career options. Options that complement your unique situation. We take the time to understand who you are, what you’ve accomplished and what you want to achieve. We eliminate options that aren’t right for you. And we only present options that are the best fit. Success coaching, during and after your career transition.

Self Employement and Business Coaching at The Entrepreuneur Source
    June 2006 - Present

It’s not easy to shift from the security of a paycheck to generating your own income. It can be overwhelming and fear is one big reason why many people abandon their dream. The key to overcoming the fear is to become educated about your possibilities and obtain support that allows you to explore all your options. That support often comes in the form of a business coach. A recent article in the Los Angeles Times states that “many business owners seek out coaches to help stay on track as they build their businesses.” The secret behind many ambitious, creative, successful people – including Lee Iacocca, Bill Gates, Tiger Woods, Oprah Winfrey and others – is they had a coach or mentor to guide them. The goal of business coaches is to dispel the fears and misconceptions about self-employment, to clarify their client’s lifestyle goals, and to provide a systematic approach to help make the dream of business ownership a reality. Sylvie Giguere is filled with a passion to reach out and help other people. As a business coach and consultant with The Entrepreneur’s Source, it doesn’t take long to see that this is a woman who has found her true calling.
