    Principal Trainer/Course Developer, Training Department Founder Defined and created complete training curriculum (5 courses) for external clients. Specified and created training environments (physical and virtual) for local and trans-continental training delivery. Mastered new technologies (802.1ad, 802.1ah, 802.1Qay, RSTP, MSTP, EAPS) to train engineers in switch behavior. • Cut ramp-up time and improved coding efficiency for new software engineers. Collaborated with engineers from 9 functional areas across 4 levels to author and deliver training on program architecture, providing coding context for individual efforts. Initiated new hire training, distilling networking technologies to their core concepts to provide market context for development direction. • Continuously explained new technology to software engineers on an as-needed basis, allowing them to understand the goals toward which they were coding.

Researched and wrote procedures manual for course development process, to cut wasted effort and costs. • Penetrated new markets, improving ROI. Adapted existing technical courseware for telecom executives, allowing entry into the management market. Division’s highest-demand new course: 20 sessions in its first 3 months.
